Role Descrip­tion

This is a full‑time, on‑site posi­tion loca­ted in the United Sta­tes of Ame­rica for a Regio­nal Sales Mana­ger. The role invol­ves dri­ving sales initia­ti­ves, deve­lo­ping and main­tai­ning strong cus­to­mer rela­ti­onships, iden­ti­fy­ing new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties, and mana­ging the full sales cycle from pro­s­pec­ting to clo­sing. The Regio­nal Sales Mana­ger will col­la­bo­rate clo­sely with inter­nal teams to under­stand cus­to­mer requi­re­ments, pro­pose tail­o­red solu­ti­ons, and sup­port cli­ents throug­hout the decision‑making pro­cess. The role includes crea­ting and exe­cu­ting stra­te­gic growth plans, pro­vi­ding expert con­sul­ta­tion, and ensu­ring excep­tio­nal cus­to­mer sup­port to achieve com­pany sales objec­ti­ves. Indus­try know‑how within the press‑to‑sinter sec­tor is highly valuable, as under­stan­ding cus­to­mer pro­ces­ses and chal­lenges is essen­tial for suc­cess in this role.

Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons

  • Pro­ven sales expe­ri­ence — back­ground in sales, busi­ness deve­lo­p­ment, and cus­to­mer rela­ti­onship management
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills — excel­lent nego­tia­tion and inter­per­so­nal abilities
  • Mar­ket ana­ly­sis capa­bi­lity — ability to iden­tify oppor­tu­ni­ties and imple­ment effec­tive sales strategies
  • Tech­ni­cal or indus­trial sales expe­ri­ence — expe­ri­ence in manu­fac­tu­ring or tech­ni­cal envi­ron­ments is an advantage
  • Indus­try know­ledge — fami­lia­rity with the press‑to‑sinter indus­try is a strong plus
  • Lan­guage pro­fi­ci­ency — fluency in writ­ten and spo­ken Eng­lish; addi­tio­nal lan­guages are beneficial
  • Edu­ca­tio­nal back­ground — Bachelor’s degree in Busi­ness, Engi­nee­ring, or a rela­ted field preferred
  • Adap­ta­bi­lity — ability to work effec­tively in a dyna­mic, fast‑paced environment
  • Tra­vel rea­di­ness — wil­ling­ness to tra­vel within the assi­gned region as required
