Your RoleTo strengthen our European sales activities, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager. In this versatile and independent role, you will be responsible for advising customers, developing solutions, and driving sales of our powder press technologies across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Sales and business development for powder presses and related solutions in Europe
• Consulting and advising customers on technical and process-related topics
• Identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions together with internal teams
• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Market observation and identification of new opportunities
• Close collaboration with engineering, project management, and service teams

Your Profile

• Proven professional experience in sales or application engineering related to the field of Osterwalder like presses, forming technologies, or powder metallurgy to name a few.
• Background in materials engineering, powder metallurgy, hard metals, or a comparable technical field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and customer requirements
• Rather high level of IT affinity and confidence in working with digital tools
• Solution-oriented, consultative, and customer-focused mindset
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong willingness to travel within Europe
• Very good German and English skills; additional European languages are a plus
