Recruitment process
The following steps await you when you submit your application to us.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your application within five days, in which we will inform you that we have received and will review your documents.
After 2-4 weeks we will contact you by phone or email. If we cannot shortlist your application, we will let you know. If your profile fits the advertised position, we will invite you for an on-site meeting in Lyss.
The interview is attended by the direct superior of the respective area as well as an HR specialist. It is important to us that you learn more about the team and company structures and about the culture that we live at Osterwalder AG. In this way, you will get to know us as personalities and will be able to better assess whether you fit in with us and feel comfortable in our environment. It is just as important for us to get to know you better as a person, but also to have your professional qualifications explained to you.
After getting to know each other, you and we will have a few days to think things over. After that we will contact each other to discuss the subsequent procedure.
If we and you are still interested, we will arrange a second meeting for a technical discussion or perhaps a taster session.
Now you will get to know the team and learn more details about the work. We are interested in what makes you as a personality and what you bring as a specialist. Administrative matters will then also be a topic, such as the salary or when we could expect your employment at Osterwalder AG. During a short tour of the company, you will gain an even greater insight into the various areas and premises, as well as seeing your workplace.
After that, we will give you some more time to reflect. After a few days, we will contact you again and together we will see if we, and you, see your future career path at Osterwalder AG.
