Recruit­ment process

The fol­lo­wing steps await you when you sub­mit your appli­ca­tion to us.

Step 01
Receipt of appli­ca­tion and confirmation

You will receive a con­fir­ma­tion of receipt of your appli­ca­tion within five days, in which we will inform you that we have recei­ved and will review your documents.

Step 02
Invi­ta­tion get to know each other

After 2–4 weeks we will cont­act you by phone or email. If we can­not short­list your appli­ca­tion, we will let you know. If your pro­file fits the adver­ti­sed posi­tion, we will invite you for an on-site mee­ting in Lyss.

Step 03
Dura­tion: 1.5h
Get­ting to know each other in Lyss

The inter­view is atten­ded by the direct supe­rior of the respec­tive area as well as an HR spe­cia­list. It is important to us that you learn more about the team and com­pany struc­tures and about the cul­ture that we live at Oster­wal­der AG. In this way, you will get to know us as per­so­na­li­ties and will be able to bet­ter assess whe­ther you fit in with us and feel com­for­ta­ble in our envi­ron­ment. It is just as important for us to get to know you bet­ter as a per­son, but also to have your pro­fes­sio­nal qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons explai­ned to you.

Step 04
Con­side­ra­tion time

After get­ting to know each other, you and we will have a few days to think things over. After that we will cont­act each other to dis­cuss the sub­se­quent procedure.

Step 05
Invi­ta­tion to a second interview

If we and you are still inte­res­ted, we will arrange a second mee­ting for a tech­ni­cal discussion.

Step 06
Dura­tion: 1.5h
Tech­ni­cal dis­cus­sion in Lyss

Now you will get to know the team and learn more details about the work. Admi­nis­tra­tive mat­ters will then also be a topic, such as the salary or when we could expect your employ­ment at Oster­wal­der AG. During a short tour of the com­pany, you will get an even grea­ter insight into the various areas and pre­mi­ses, as well as see your workplace. 

Step 07
Reflec­tion time and final decision

After a few days we will get in touch again and tog­e­ther we will see if we, and you, see your future career path at Oster­wal­der AG.
