The event focused primarily on the company's strategy and on sharing and shaping it with all employees.
The team gathered in a picturesque location and started the day with coffee and croissants, followed by a short introduction. Afterwards, the employees worked together in interdisciplinary groups, explored strategy and corporate values and discussed the results of the annual employee survey.
After lunch, the meeting continued with an engaging team building activity where everyone worked together to build and trigger an impressive chain reaction of over 60 actions. The event ended with a short speech and a celebration of the day's achievements, followed by a summer party where employees were invited to bring their families.

This festive occasion was a great opportunity for the company to sincerely thank the employees and their families for their commitment and daily contribution, thus taking an important step towards realizing a clear vision and strategy for the future.
