Osterwalder is taking the next step in automation. We have developed a flexible automation system for handling large pressed parts and give customers the opportunity to adapt it to their requirements. The chosen modular system makes it easy for the customer to define the configuration. The main part is an industrial robot that removes the parts from the press installation space and performs all subsequent operations such as cleaning, weighing, depositing, etc. The system and functions are fully automated. The system and functions are fully integrated into the company's own software. Osterwalder AG thus provides our customers with a further automation product to increase the OEE of the press systems.
