Cooperation

To ensure that new solutions not only work on paper, but also under real production conditions, several iterations and real tests are often required.
A good example is how we at Osterwalder supported a customer in the development of a 3-jaw gripper. Using dummy blanks, we worked closely with our technical team at the Osterwalder Technology Center to refine the complex gripper geometry.
The prototype will now go to the customer for further testing in a 2-cavity set-up before being fully deployed on the newly acquired SC2000 press, where the 3-jaw tool will help to increase productivity even further.

Tireless innovation, driven by close collaboration with our customers, leads to new solutions that not only meet their needs, but also increase their profitability!
